We have a great team in place with tenure of 5 - 33 years. This new position is for a " hands on" individual that possesses experience, leadership, communication, and research and development skills. Quality of experience is more important than quantity. A culinary degree is preferred but not required.
Summary: Prepare and ensure consistent, excellent quality food. Adherence to recipes, portion control, appearance and correct temperature. Monitor adherence to ServSafe, Food Code, HACCP regulations and Ox Yoke sanitation standards. Also includes kitchen, food preparation and brunch staff hiring, training, scheduling, and management of labor. Menu planning and research and development of new offerings for our breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet and brunch buffet menus. A complete position description is available upon request.
