Job Description:

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Our legacy full service, German – American, high volume, family - owned 13k sq. ft. restaurant founded in 1940 is searching for the next leadership/ownership team. The Executive Chef Managing Partner will lead the cooking staff including food preparation, bakery, and in reviewing another concept within our space.

PRIMARY DUTIES: Prepare, monitor, and ensure excellent and consistent food quality. Manage 1M purchasing of food and related supplies, inventories, and labor – kitchen, food prep & bakery current staff of 25. This potential partner will be involved in all aspects of management.
