Our menu features a wonderful selection of entrées, including country fried chicken, wiener schnitzel,
smoked ham and pork chops, barbecued ribs (roasted for more than six hours), and hand
trimmed steaks, cut from Iowa's finest beef loins.
All dinners are served in the traditional Family-Style, with refillable bowls brimming with dairy fresh cottage cheese, tasty salad and vegetable, fluffy natural potatoes, creamy farm-style gravy, tangy German sauerkraut, and a selection of bakery-fresh breads. Combinations, sandwiches and a children's menu are also available.
In addition to delectable home style meals, both the Ox Yoke Inn and the Ox Yoke Innterstate feature a gift area. If you are in Amana you can see the Ox Yoke Inn museum of antique tools, household items and curiosities. Our museum is famous among children of all ages for its stuffed bear, huge moose head on the wall and - of course - authentic ox yokes.
